The Location:

Nestled in a cove of the Santa Rosa Mountains, in the City of Indian Wells, California, The Province blossoms with palm trees, gardens, and lush, breathtaking scenery in all directions. From its earliest days as a Cahuilla Indian village (whose hand-dug water wells inspired the city's name) to its golden Hollywood era in the 1950s and '60s to today, Indian Wells has embodied the ultimate haven for relaxation—and still does.

Widely known as "Tennis Paradise", this oasis in the desert is home to the award-winning BNP Paribas Open - the world's largest combined men's and women's professional tennis tournament. Each spring, the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, one of the world's most revered sports and entertainment venues as well as a year-round tennis club, is open to the public.

For golf lovers, Indian Wells is a golfer's paradise with challenging yet playable courses to create a truly remarkable golf experience. Choose from the undulating fairways and meandering streams that mark the Celebrity Course at Indian Wells Golf Resort, or the dynamic bunkering and generous fairways of the adjacent Players Course. A 53,000 square-foot clubhouse features everything from golf instruction, private event space, and a pro shop to award-winning cuisine, craft cocktails, and unbeatable views at the aptly named Vue Grille & Bar. The Homes:

The GHA Collection will offer 64 single-level luxury homes, in three distinct floorplans ranging from 3,020 to 3,657 sq. ft. in an elevation that embraces classic Mediterranean architecture with modern design and highly appointed features and accouterments. All homes will include beautiful casitas with private entries, expansive walls of glass, spacious patios, generous living and dining areas, and private pools, just to name a few. GHA homes at The Province are built using the highest energy efficiency. Even solar panels are included!

The Neighborhood:

The Province has a low HOA of $348 per month which includes maintenance of community landscaping and a guard-attended entrance. Homebuyers can walk to close by coffee shops, restaurants and other neighborhood stores just across the street.

What is the tax rate in The Province?

The tax rate is 1.224% and there are $2,298 in annual special assessments.

How Many Residences will be in the community?

This master planned community has 133 lots total. 13 preexisting homes, 2 lots dedicated to a future well site, 64 luxury homesites by GHA and 54 homesites by Lennar.

Does the Province Cooperate with brokers?

Yes, there is a 2% broker co-op for agents that introduce their clients to The Province. A registration form will be given to agents that sign up clients prior to or on their first visit.

Indian Wells Residence Benefits:

With an Indian Wells Benefits Card residents will enjoy discounts at local resorts, spas, restaurants, and golf. Indian Wells residents may play the championship golf courses at the Indian Wells Golf Resort from January 1 – April 30 at a $50.00 rate; May 1 – December 31 at $35.00; Same Day Rate at $35.00 per round (Booked online Day of Play).
